Get Advice

General Advice Sessions

To see one of our advisers, you can drop into a General Advice Session. These take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at 9am, and every other Saturday starting at 9:30am. You will have a short assessment at the beginning of the session and may be allocated a slot later in the day. Everyone who arrives before the start time is guaranteed to be seen, however those arriving later should be aware that available slots may be allocated within a short space of time.

Debt Surgery

If you want advice on debt-related issues, you can come to one of our debt surgeries. These are held on Tuesdays between 9am-10am and 1pm-2pm.

Friday Appointments

If you cannot get to a General Advice Session you may be able to book a Friday appointment. These can be booked after 9am on Monday morning by phoning (01228) 633909 but are initially restricted to clients who find it difficult to access a General Advice Session (for example those with disabilities).

Get an appointment with a caseworker

You may be eligable to see one of our project caseworkers if:

• You or your partner have ever been in the armed forces
• You or your partner are affected by cancer
• You are a Riverside tenant
