Saturday 10am to 12 noon.

Reception opens at 9am on Wednesdays and Thursdays and at 10am on Saturdays.  Interview slots are allocated on a first-come first-served basis at that time.  It may be necessary for clients to return later that day for their allocated slot.

Specialist and follow-up interviews take place on Mondays or Tuesdays. 

Clients with specialist housing issues can book appointments with a Shelter worker on alternate Wednesdays.

We offer fixed-time appointments on Fridays - these are book-able by telephone from 10am on the Monday of that week. Call our main number on 01228 633 909
Priority for these is given to those unable to attend the Wednesday or Thursday drop-in sessions due to work, care, mobility problems etc.

Home visits may also be arranged where appropriate

We offer telephone advice on Thursdays between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
