Carlisle & District Citizens Advice Bureau have an outreach service open to everyone who lives in the Botcherby Ward of Carlisle.  This service which offers general advice service and casework, along with information and advice on a wide range of issues including debt, benefits, consumer, housing, employment and signposting to other relevant services.

This outreach office opens twice a week (usually Tuesday and Thursday) in the Riverside Centre at
15 Botcherby Avenue, appointments are usually necessary.  These may be made by visiting the office in person during open sessions or contacting the main CAB office on 01228 633909.
